New Rules 2008

Hello guys,

Big changes are being planned for PWCforums over the next few months but the first few steps are to create a free speach forum where everybody enjoys to post. so aid this we are bringing in a few rules to allow this.

1. To gain some kinda control over the forum we are going to operate a 3 strikes and your out system.

Each strike will be for breaking forum rules and details will be kept in your Private Profile that only admin and moderators can see. 

If you get to 3 strikes you will be banned from the forum for 8 weeks and all Private Msges in the account will be deleted.

The only person who can add strikes to your account is me. Moderators can provide me information and Normal members can provide me with complants... Its me who makes the final call on a strike and only the person involved will be told of the strike on there account.

Hopefully i will gain the support of all forum users in doing this.
