u mean a pole for the skiers rope to tie on to?   if the rope is pulled from too high up it increases risk to turn the ski over

Smile Well now you mention it, I saw the funniest thing last year, one of my members who goes to our club, bought yamaha 3 seater can't remember what exactly (ebay special), anyway one Sunday he turns up at the lake and i can see something sticking up in the air as he is coming down the towards the jettyConfused  as he gets closer it turns out he has put a WASHING LINE on the back of his ski LOLLOLLOL

No im not joking, I have it somewhere on video camera i will put up a few pictures, he had welded a washing line to a peice of steel plate which he then drilled through the ski and bolted this contraption to the deck at the back of the skiLOLLOLEmbarrassed, he had a ratchet strap around the washing line and it was tied to the grab bar at the back so it didnt pull the pole off. We are all stood around laughing waiting for him to go out....... it was about 4ft higher than the back of the ski, we were taking bets on what would happen. Who wants a guess.............................
