  1. I'm not sure if this is relevant to this forum, but thought it was worth asking anyway just in case! I have just bought a jetski and live in Ronda, Malaga, Spain, is there any lakes nearby I can ride on or any slipways on the coast in Marbella? Really struggling to find launch sites! If anyone knows of anywhere, please let me know!
  2. I'm reluctantly selling my 1994 Yamaha Superjet 701cc 'square nose' along with a factory zero tote. I actually bought this from a forum member a few years ago, but I just don't get the time to take it out any more and it's such a waste of a beautiful machine to be stuck in the garage not used. I can't express how reliable this machine is, these 701cc Yamaha engines are bullet proof and this one is a great example. The only work I've have to do to it since buying is replace the spark plug, cap and fuel primer. I also treated it to a new battery last year. This has always been thoroughly flushed through with fresh water immediately after going in the sea. I'm selling it with a factory zero tote, which currently retails new at £650 on Freeride Innovations site. This is a very clean example of a great ski and I'm gutted to be selling it, but it's someone else's turn to enjoy the beast now. Any questions please message me on here in the first instance. If you're seriously interested, I can give you my number. I'm based on the south coast, just west of Brighton, BN16 postcode. It doesn't have a road trailer, just the factory zero tote, so you'd need a trailer or van to collect it. I'm asking £1500 o.n.o.
  3. Hi folks, I have fitted a new OEM Hood seal to my recently purchased Yamaha Superjet all at the cost of £160. I used my mint 2010 Superjet as a guide to glew in the hood seal perfectly. The thing is... water is pissing past the hood seal at the fuel tank end... It's water tight everywhere else. Is this a problem with the SJ as there is little downward pressure onto the hood seal at the fuel tank end unlike at the ebox end where there is the latch? I have even put blue rubber tubing on the hood hooks (see pics) in an attempt to create more downward force from the hood to the hood seal. Any ideas on a fix? Or am I being unrealistic to expect the seal to be watertight given its cost of £160? Many thanks in advance :-) Paul.
  4. Hi there, For sale is my twin freestyle trailer, its been sitting around for a while now so i have decided to sell it, I used to travel quite a lot with a mate but we keep it local now and I have a single trailer for my ski which works for me. The bearings have about 800 miles on them and it needs a new mudguard and new carpet on the beds but other than that its in pretty good nick. There is a jockey wheel for it but its not in the photo. I am happy to drag it a a fair way for the sale but I am base in the south east so not to far north. I am looking to get about £250 for the trailer so get in touch if you are interested. Cheers Andy
  5. Hi All i am back to jet skiing after a break of a few years. I previously had an stx15F and a superjet i am just about to buy myself another superjet and just wanted to,double check the usage of 2 stroke skis in the UK. I know officially they are for competition, I am presuming you can still use them, launch as normal etc etc. Are there any restrictions? thankyou so much for your help, I realise it is a very beginner question and sure has been asked before, I just couldn't find the answer when searching the forums Many Thanks ian
  6. Got this superjet a couple of months back.. 760 ported, coffins sizzler pipe, atp snake gridled head, skat trak etc etc.. Ex britsh freestyle comp ski. Some might recognise it from the paint job, not really to my taste so I'm spraying it Ford Riviera Blue, diy style with halyards rattle cans... Got fixed steer hood coming from the states, should be sent out this week.. Will be using standard blaster steering for now, uprating to 701 surf springy one in time.. Few pics
  7. Hi guys. I'm after the 90 degree rubber bend that goes on the standard Superjet Air Intake. Cheers
